9. What do you think should be the primary goal of the TCCHOA?

Parking (safety issues & visibility out of our driveways from poor parking enforcement.) When I try to back out my driveway cars are parked on the street behind me and a large vehicle is on the street blocking my view to the north.  Home appearance - affects property values for all of us.

Keeping up with renters and homeowners with parking on streets & clean front yards.

Street parking, Clean up south pool area

Enforce the CC&Rs

To serve the needs of the homeowners and address their concerns.

Communicate the rules of the CC&Rs and enforce them.

Maintain security and appearance of properties.

Weeds / Listen to what is being said to you / Common ground area

10. What is your primary concern as a homeowner/resident of the TCCHOA?

I really think the HOA is a waste of monies.

10 years ago south pool was nice now it looks trashed. I live on Wood Owl & it looks like a parking lot on my street, Parking laws need to be enforced.

Security & Vandalism

My concern is that the neighborhood stays attractive and homeowners take pride in their properties.

1) Pool fence doors must not be propped open; 2)Residents should not open the fence doors for those who do not have keys. 3) Daycares should not bring large groups of kids to the pool, it's disruptive to the other residents. An exception, of course, would be a scheduled event like a birthday party.

Maintain the yards. Traffic could be slower. We need a sign that reads - Tucson Country Crossing at the entrance of the neighborhood.

Comments:

Please change the landscaping company!! I have lived here 10+ years - the south pool landscaping is the worst I have seen.  Bushes are over trimmed and many have been removed. Erosion is terrible & sprinklers are watering nonexistent plants! (Note: This comment was submitted before landscaping gravel was added around the south pool.)

Some homeowners & renters have stuff in front yards & side not cleaned up.  I think the Board of Directors is a waste of money.  I always get a letter over dumb stuff, could be 1 weed in my yard & others have a lot.  Went to the pool once this year. Pool not as clean as it use to be.

The website was a great idea. Would it be possible to have residence "register" their emails if they want. Then we can get newsletters  / updates / CCR reminders electronically.
